Yes. Safari on iPhone and iPad supports web extensions, and Sorusly for Safari installs as part of the Sorusly iOS app. Chrome extensions cannot run on iPhone, so a Safari extension is the only way to get one there.

Install the Sorusly app, enable the Safari extension in Settings, then open any YouTube video in Safari and tap the Sorusly button to get a summary, mind map or flashcards.
